Who we are
Novus — Advertising Essentials (“Novus”, “we”) is a marketing agency based in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. This policy covers the website at novusagmedia.com. Questions go to giussepe@novusagmedia.com or (308) 765-3404.
What we collect
When you request the free audit, you send us your name, business name, phone number and email address. You can also add your website or Google Business link, and which of the two modes sounds like you. The form also records the page you submitted from and the time.
When you book a call, the booking runs on a Google Calendar appointment page. Google’s own privacy policy applies to that page.
When you browse, Google Analytics counts visits and button taps (for example, a tap on the phone number or the booking button). IP addresses are anonymized. The contents of the form are never sent to analytics.
Why we collect it
- To record and send you the audit you asked for
- To reply, schedule a call and follow up on your request
- To understand which parts of the site people use, so we can improve it
We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with anyone for their own marketing.
Where it is stored
Form submissions land in a Google Sheet and in our email, both inside our Google Workspace account. Access is limited to the Novus team. Google processes that data on our behalf under its own terms.
How long we keep it
We keep audit requests while we are talking or working together, and we delete them when you ask. Analytics data is kept on Google’s default retention schedule.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets cookies to tell one visit from the next. You can block them in your browser settings or with Google’s opt-out browser add-on, and the site works the same without them.
Your choices
Email giussepe@novusagmedia.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We answer within a few business days.
Children
This site is for business owners and is not directed at anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect details from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new effective date. This version is effective October 12, 2026.
